OUR LAST ABORIGINAL ART DAY AT
MURRURUNDI WAS A GREAT SUCCESS.
Many of you enjoyed our recent reader event in the NSW
Upper Hunter region — and left with a much better
understanding of Aboriginal art. Wally Caruana, a former
senior curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art
at the National Gallery of Australia, shared his expert
understanding of indigenous art with readers at Michael
Reid at Murrurundi Gallery.
